We like to keep things simple, friendly… and done properly 🫶

So here’s everything you need to know before getting yourself Caked 👀

🧁 ALLERGIES (IMPORTANT)

Everything is made in our home kitchen where all allergens are present

That means we cannot guarantee anything is allergen-free — including traces

If you have any allergies or intolerances, please don’t take the risk 🤍

(We’ll always label everything, but it’s on you to check before buying)

🛍️ THE BAKE SHED (WEEKENDS)

• Open Saturdays & Sundays from 11am

• Self-serve, honesty box style

• Cash (no change given) or card/contactless

Once you’ve taken your bakes… they’re yours!

💬 ORDERS & MESSAGES

Just because you’ve messaged doesn’t mean it’s booked 👀

Your order is only confirmed when we say it is

(we’ll always make that clear — we’ve got you!)

📦 PRE-ORDERS & CUSTOM BAKES

• Pre-orders secure your goodies

• Custom cupcakes need at least 48 hours notice

• Some designs may need longer

Once collected or delivered, responsibility passes to you

🚗 DELIVERY & POSTAL

We offer delivery locally + postal on selected items 📦 (Cupcakes can't be posted)

Once it leaves us, it’s out of our hands (we’ll pack it properly, always!)

💸 PAYMENTS & REFUNDS

• Payments are generally non-refundable

• If there’s ever an issue, just message us — we’ll always try to help
